Remington is a total lover of music, which isn't hard to believe considering mommy and paw paw are both very much into music. It always amazes me and the rest of the family just how much Remington responds to music. Whenever music comes on its like he zones everything out so that he can only focus on the music until he decides whether or not he likes it. Last night we were watching a replay of the CMT awards and when Carrie Underwood came on he just stared and waved at her. Sometimes if he likes what he is hearing he will clap for them to the beat of the music. I left Remington with Gee Gee and Paw Paw lastnight so that I could go to the gym and they told me that when my dad and brother were watching Eric Clapton live on dvd when a certain song came on he was laying on the floor tapping his foot along with the beat watching them play. I can't wait till we can put him in some sort of Musical lessons ( if he wants to of course, But I don't think that will be the issue. ) The issue will most likely be what musical instrument. I don't care what he wants to learn to play I am just glad that he likes music. I always sing to him, which could be why he likes music so much. Everything we do has its own theme song haha. When Remington wakes up its " Goodmorning to You" when we change his diaper we sing " Change Your Diapee" when its breakfast time we sing " I like to eat eat eat ( enter whatever food he is eating that morning ) but the most favorite mommy song is " I know a boy his name is stinky petey, He don't smell good he smells like dirty feety. I know a boy his name is stinky petey, but he's the cutest boy in town! " Of course most of these songs are made up by mommy, so don't go rushing off to buy the sound track to Remington's life :) Well, I hear my stinky petey waking from his nappy so I best go sing him his after nap song, Just kidding, okay so I am not really but whatever!
